Hi, my name is Chaska Cobalt I am currently a freshman at High Tech High International. During my my freshman year at High Tech I will be taking Math/Physics, Humanities, and Spanish. So far school has been really fun but a lot different from middle school. It has been challenging but in a good way by making me me feel more confident about my school work and more prepared for the real world. Spanish is fun because I will get the opportunity to practice my Spanish. When I graduate from high school am going to take a year off from school and work in another country for one year then move back in the hopes of attending New York University. I am currently playing on the San Diego Junior Derby Dolls team (San Diego's first roller derby team) I have been nominated MVP 5 times and going to try out for the world junior team. My dad was born and raised in Peru and my mom was born in Minnesota. My name means star in quechua the native language of Peru. I love cats, books, and movies. I like to travel to different countries and learn about their culture. Over the summer I like to visit my family in Minnesota. My favorite animal is a cat. When I am not in school I enjoy reading, roller skating, and listening to music.
